• Parent account: use the sign-in screen for parent email sign-in and password reset.

Account And Data Deletion

Signed-in parents can delete the synced parent account and associated Math Before Beddy account data from Family Settings. Parents who cannot access the app can email Set EXPO_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL before public launch. from the parent account email and request account deletion for Math Before Beddy.

Cancel any active App Store or Google Play subscription before or after deleting the parent account; deleting the Math Before Beddy account does not cancel store-managed subscriptions.

Account deletion removes Math Before Beddy account data controlled by us, including the parent account, child profiles, story completion history, reminder settings, legal acceptance metadata, and synced entitlement rows. When the RevenueCat server secret is configured, account deletion also deletes the matching RevenueCat customer tied to the parent user ID.

Deletion requests are reviewed within 2 business days and completed within 30 days unless limited records must be retained for security, fraud prevention, tax, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Some billing, security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal records may be retained by Math Before Beddy, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Supabase when required or permitted by law. Any retained data is limited to those purposes.

Privacy And Safety

Use child nicknames, not legal names. Math Before Beddy has no child accounts, ads, social features, location tracking, camera access, contact access, microphone access, or child voice recordings.

Accessibility

Math Before Beddy is designed for parent-led use on iPhone and Android phones. Before claiming any App Store Accessibility Nutrition Label feature, test the final build across common tasks: first launch, parent signup and sign-in, onboarding, Beddy Plus purchase and restore, daily story, archive, Family Settings, privacy and support links, local data deletion, and synced account deletion.
